ADSS all-dielectric self-supporting cable

It is of loose tube-twisted structure. The fiber is combined into the loose tube produced by high modulus polyester material. The tube is filled with waterproofing compounding. The loose tube (with filling rope) is twisted into compact cable core around the Fiber Reinforce Plastic (FRP). Space in the cable core is filled with waterproofing ointment. Extrude the PE inner sheath in outside of the cable core. And then twist in two directions the aramid with two layers to protect. Finally Extrude the PE outer sheath or anti- electrolytic corrosion outer sheath.

Scope of application: communication line erected with electric pole and tower
•Reasonable design, precise surplus length control and cable making process make the cable have excellent mechanical property and environmental property.
•Nonmetallic structure design makes the cable have strong capability of anti-electromagnetic interference.
•Strong aramid yarn, as stiffening member, make the cable have strong tensile property, smaller cable diameter and lighter weight to meet different application requirements of span.
•It fully considers the actual condition of the electric line to be appropriate to the high voltage transmit electricity line of different grades.
•Electric line of 10KV and 35KV can apply PE outer sheath.
•Cable hanging point of electric line of 110KV and 220KV must be determined through calculation of field strength distribution of the electric field. AT outer sheath should be applied to make the cable have strong anti- electrolytic corrosion capability.
