GYTA loose tube stranded cable
Fiber count: 2-408 cores
Put single or multi-mode optic fiber into loose tube made by high-module polyester material and fill tube with waterproof compound; core of cable is consisted of one metal strength core, PE may need to be painted on metal strength core for optic cables at certain cores; loose tube (and filler) shall be stranded with strength core into tight round cable core, cable core shall be filled with water-blocking fillers; APL shall be longitudinally folded and extruded into cable with polyethylene sheath.

Application scope: remote communication and inter-unit communication.
Accurate control on spare length of optic fibers guarantees optic cables of good tensile property and temperature property.
Material of loose tube compromises water resistance property and higher strength. Tubes are filled with certain pates to conduct critical protection on optic fibers.
PE sheath is of good UV resistance performance.
Following measures may be applied to maintain waterproof performance of optic cables:
-Single steel tape strengthen core.
-Fill loose tube with special waterproof compound.
-Fully fill cable core.
-Paint APL dampproof coat.
Sheath may adopt low-smoke halogen-free fire-retardant material (type of optic cable under this condition is GYTZA).
