Fiber count: 2-216 cores
Put single or multi-mode optic fiber into loose tube made by high-module polyester material and fill tube with waterproof compound; core of cable is consisted of one metal strength core, PE may need to be painted on metal strength core for optic cables at certain cores; loose tube (and filler) shall be stranded with strength core into tight round cable core, cable core shall be filled with water-blocking fillers; APL shall be longitudinally folded and extruded into cable with polyethylene sheath. Then, such cables shall be finally extruded into cable with polyethylene outer sheath after armoring with single or double small circle steel wire.

Tubes are filled with certain pates to conduct critical protection on optic fibers
Strength members and cable cores are filled with water blocking paste to maintain water blocking performance of cables
Outer sheath is coated with nylon material to enable good resistance property against termites
