The structure of internet-use optical power composite cable is made by coating 250 cables into loose tubes made of high modulus materials which are filled with water-proof compound. The center of cable core is FRP or metal strength member (metal strength member covered with a layer of PE sheath).Wires and loose tubes are stranded around the central strength member to form tight round cable core. All the interstices of cable core are filled with water-blocking compound. After the PSP tape is longitudinally applied, the cable is completed with a layer of PE sheath or LSZH sheath.
